REJECTING CLAIM OF ELSA B REEVES
AGAINST CITY
121 IT RESOLVED BY 5112 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim against the City
heretofore on December 26, 1973, filed !oy Elsa 9. Reeves, whose address is 817 Portola Avenue,
Alameda, California, be rejected. in its entirety on the grounds said claim 15 not a proper charge
against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection he in the following words and
that a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the
City of Alameda on December 26, 1973, was rejected on March 1.9, 1974.

Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six_ months from the
date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail
to file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section
945.6.
You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection
with this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should
do so immediately."
