CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8212
AFFEBEING AND ADOPTING AMENDIPENT TO HIGHWAY USERS
TAX BUDGET.
WHEREAS, By its Resolution No. 8095, adopted July 17, 1973, this City approved a project
statement and adopted a budget for the expenditure cf funds apportioned from the Highway. Users
Tax Fund to Cities for the 1973-74 fiscal year, all in accordance with Sections 2106 and 2107,
Streets and Highways Code of California; and
WIFEREAS, this City adopted and affirmed Amendment No. 1 for expenditure of Dec. 2106 Funds
on September 6, 1973 by its Resolution No. 8113, adopted and affirmed Amendment No. 2 on
October 16, 1973 by its Resolution No. 8128 and adopted and affirmed Amendment No. 3 en hay 7,
1974 by its Resolution No. 2195; and
FaaRLIAS, the Superintendent of Streets has proposed a fourth amendment to said budget for
expenditure of Sec. 2106 Funds, a copy of which is on file in his office, and which it is in
the best public interest to approve;
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T121 CITY OF 2212108 that said Amendment
to the budget hereinabove referred to be and hereby is adopted and affirmed, and Resolution
No. 8095 be and hereby is amended accordingly.
