APPROVING FINAL N.AP CF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN
AS TRACT 3582, AUTHORIZING- EXECUTION OF AGE2a60NT FOR
C0US1HUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVkIEWTS THEREIN, AND
APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY

hEEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council on March 19,
1974, a Tentative Map of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3582,
an existing ;-unit apartment building located at 1601 Broadway; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title 'XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
Donald J. Kane, Marie E. Kane, Paul C. Schmidt and Rosemary G. Schmidt, Subdividers herein,
have presented to this Council a Final Map of the said condominium subdivision known as
Tract 3582: and
WHIREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City to construct and
complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk their
bond in the amount of 62,050.95 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work,
all in accordance with said Article;
N00, 11PT-CEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY :HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Nap
of Tract 3582, be and hereby is approved.
BE IT FUMED RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved,
and the City tanager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to,
respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of 82,050.95, guaranteeing full and faith-
ful performance of the subdividers' said public improvements construction contract, is hereby
approved as sufficient in amount.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 16th day of June, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Reckam, Hurwitz, McCall and Vice President Corica, (4,)•
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President La Croix, Jr., (1).
