APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 3597, AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
THEREIN, APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY,
AND ACCEPTING A PUBLIC POWER EASEMENT (L, G, 9 W, INC., A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
there has heretofore been filed with and approved by the Council on May 2i, 1974 a Tentative Map
of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 3597; and
WHEREAS, L, G, & W, Inc., a California Corporation, subdivider herein, has presented
to the Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed 24-unit Condominium Project located
on the south side of Central Avenue between Union and Lafayette Streets, known as Tract 3597; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into an agreement with the City of Alameda to
construct and complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City
Clerk of the City of Alameda a bond to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, ail
in accordance with said Article; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon a certain public power easement dedicated to
the public;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map
of Tract 3557 be, and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved, and
the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to respectively,
said agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the total sum of $18,000.00, guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of the subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, is hereby
approved as sufficient in amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said power easement dedicated to the public is hereby accepted.

1st day of October, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Corica, Hurwitz and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman McCall, (1).
