CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8289
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 1445 FOR DIVISION OF PARCEL "8" OF
PARCEL MAP 761, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, AND PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF (SOUTH SHORE CENTER, INC.)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 1445, heretofore accepted and approved by the
Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to the subdivider to record same, subject
to the conditions set forth in City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board of the City of
Alameda dated July 10, 1974, and conditioned upon the City Engineer's office holding said map until
pertinent easement recording data is available for placing on the final map.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 17th day of December, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
