CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8331
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ARUTUNIAN/
KINNEY ASSOCIATES, INC.
DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor be and hereby is
authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, an amendment to the agreement heretofore on
October 15, 1974, entered into between the City and Artunian/Kinney Associates, Inc. for planning
and design of Ncrthside Park, which agreement was authorized by Resolution No. 8266 of this
Council, said amendment to provide for complete preliminary plans for development of the Phase. I

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
