AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (EDWARD J. AND MADLYN MURPHY,
SUBDIVIDERS)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Nap Nc. 1776, being a division of a portion cf blocks,
Hays and Caperton Property in the Town of Alameda (Bk. 5 of Maps, Page 6) & Por. of Tract 854
(Bk. 29 of Maps, Page 68) & Por, of the Mininger Tract (Bk. 16 of Maps Page 18) & Parcel Map 439
(Bk. 61 Parcel Maps, Page 4), establishing as separate lots, 1507 Pearl Street and 2621 anta Clara
Avenue, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and involving no public improve-
ments, is hereby approved and permission given to subdividers to record same subject to the
conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board dated December 5,
1975.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of January, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
