AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH THUNDERBOLT FIREWORKS
COMPANY, INC, (CONTRACTOR) FOR FIREWORKS DISPLAY ON JULY 4,
1976
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by motion, authorized the expenditure of 82,000 for
a fireworks display to be held on July 4, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the Thunderbolt Fireworks Company, Inc_ has offered to provide said fireworks
display; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is fully apprised of the proposed terms and conditions of the
agreement with Thunderbolt Fireworks Company respecting a fireworks display,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor
is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalfof the City a contract with the
Thunderbolt Fireworks Company, Inc, for the above stated services; the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest to same.

introduced and adooted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
18th day of May, 1176, by the following vote, to wit:
