Resolution 08554CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8554 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN RAYMOND P. BRITTON, AN INDIVIDUAL, AND CITY OF ALAM[DA, OF A SUITE IN THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 130 PARK STREET WHEREAS, the City of Alameda requires additional office space in the City of Alameda for the temporary use of City employees formerly occupying office space at 2226 Santa Clara Avenue; and WHEREAS, such additional office space is available on the second floor of a building located at 1361 Park Street, and owned by Raymond P. Britton, at a monthly rental of $160.00; and WHEREAS, the form of Lease Agreement containing the terms and conditions to be agreed upon between the City of Alameda and said Raymond P, Britton, and more particularly describing the space to be leased, has been prepared and submitted to this Council and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of said City be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, o Lease Agreement ` substantially in the fonnand containing the terms and condition: set forth in the aforesaid form of Lease Agreement. * * * * * * * * * ^ I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of July, 1975. by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Deckom, Pioment, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
