APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
ROBERT G. HUDKINS is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Library Board of the City
of Alameda for a term commencing on July I. 1975 and expiring on June 30, 1981. and to serve
until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

l, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of Ju7y, 1975. by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Dioment, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
