ACCEPTING BID PROPOSAL OF STATE COMPENSATION INSURANCE FUND
FOR WORKER'S COMPENSATION EXCESS INSURANCE FOR CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the bid proposal of State
Compensation Insurance Fund, submitted to the City or October 7, 1976, placed in the Office of the
City Clerk and marked "Filed, October 29, 1976," providIngfor Worker's Compensation Liability
Insurance in excess of $250,000 retention, commencing November 1, 1976, and in the amount of
$15,544.60 for the annual premium is hereby accepted.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in a special meeting assembled on
the 29th day of October, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, and,Prosident Corica, (4).
NOES: Councilman Sherratt, (1).
ABSENT: None.
