APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2060 FOR DIVISION CF PARCEL 13 OF
PARCEL MAP 818 AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (CALIFORNIA
NEVADA METHODIST HOMES, SUBDIVIDER)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 2060, being a division of Parcel B of Parcel Map
818 (property located on the east side of Westline Drive between Otis Drive and Shorepoint Court),
heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board as set forth in the City Planning Board
report to this Council dated November 3, 1976, and involving no public improvements, is hereby
approved and permission given to subdivider, California-Nevada Methodist Homes, to record same
subject to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board dated
October 20, 1976.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda ir regular meeting assembled on the
21st day of December, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
