AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RELATING TO LEGAL REPRESENTATION FOR SAID
AUTHORITY (MASTER CONTRACT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
City an agreement for Legal Services (Legal Representation for the Alameda Housing Authority -
Master Contract) with the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, which sets forth the
legal services to be provided the Housing Authority by the City Attorney, said agreement to
be substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the Office of the City Clerk and
marked "Filed, December 21, 1976."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 21st day of December, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
