AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH ELAINE COSTELLO FOR
PERSONAL SERVICES (ASSOCIATE PLANNER UNDER HUD 701 PROGRAM)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and
the City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, an agreement with Elaine Costello by which the revision
of the Lard Use Element, initiation of Area Planning and completion of studies related to the
Implementation Plan, said agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file in the
office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, January 4, 1977."

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 4th day of January, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
