AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
ACTING THROUGH THE STATE PERSONNEL BOARD, FOR CITY PERSONNEL
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that John G. Goss, City Manager
and Ethel M. Pitt, City Clerk, be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, an agreement, for a term of three (3) years, commencing
February 16, 1977, and ending February 15, 1980, between the City and the State of California,
acting by and through its State Personnel Board, providing for personnel services incident to the
planning, scheduling, preparation, construction and rating of written examinations as may be
required by the Ci
Y, said agreement to be substantially in the form of that filed, including
its Exhibits A and 3 and the Fair Employment Practices Addenduq in the office of the City Clerk
and marked ''Filed, January 4, 1977."
