AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF ALAMEDA
PROVIDING FOR 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
City, an agreement with the County of Alameda which provides for the installation and operation
of an advanced 911 emergency telephone service system in the City of Alameda for a two year trial
period, said agreement to be substantially in the form, and containing the terms, conditions
and cooenants of that heretofore filed in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Alameda 911
Trial Participation Agreement" and marked "FIled, February 1, 1977."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
1st day of February, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
