AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY TRAINING
AND EMPLOYMENT BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City
Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively
on behalf of the City, that certain proposed contract covering the period =rom January 10,
1975 to September 30, 1977, with the Alameda County Training and Employment Board (ACTEB)
for the purpose of administering the comprehensive manpower program under Title VI of the
1973 Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA), said contract to he substantially
in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, February 15,
1977."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 15th day of February, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5),
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
