APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2119 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1518 AND 1526 WEBSTER STREET, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY's
GENERAL PLAN (DANA ESTATES LAND COMPANY - SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Dana Estates Land Company, a California corporation, Subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of Ports of Lot 6 thru 11 in
Block C of Property of James Riddell, commonly known as 1518 and 1526 Webster Street, and
designated as Parcel Map No. 2119;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant
to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 2119, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, as set forth in said Board's report to the City Council dated
March 9, 1977, is hereby approved and permission giveato Subdivider to record same, subject
to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the Planning Board of the City
of Alameda dated January 28, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112 (f) of the Alameda Municipal
Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No. 2119 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and
pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into
the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Ahameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 5th day of April, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:

ABSENT: None.
