Resolution 08725CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8725 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ENCINAL LODGE #164 TRUSTEES AND CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR A SUITE IN THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 2329 SANTA CLARA AVENUE WHEREAS, the City of Alameda requires additional office space in the City of Alameda for the temporary use of new City employees hired under the CETA Title 6 Program; and WHEREAS, such additional office space is available on the second floor of a building located at 2329 Santa Clara Avenue and leased by Encinal Lodge #164 Trustees, at a monthly rental of $140.00; and WHEREAS, a form of Lease Agreement containing the terms and conditions to be agreed upon between the City of Alameda and said Encinal Lodge #164 Trustees, and more particularly describing the spacd to be leased, has been prepared and submitted to the Council and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of said City be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, a Lease Agreement substantially in the form and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the aforesaid form of Lease Aoreement. * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in an adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 24th day of May, 1977, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilman Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and President Corica, (5).
