WAIVING PARCEL MAP REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION
MAP ACT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2841 VAN BUREN
STREET AND 1360 GROVE STREET
WHEREAS, Section 11-314.5 of the Alameda Municipal Code
requires that division of contiguous property be accompanied
by filing of a parcel map unless certain conditions are met;
and
WHEREAS, Section 11-316.5 of the Alameda Municipal Code
allows for the waiver of the requirements of Section 11-314.5
by the City Council on findings as set forth in Section
11-316.5;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the property located at 2841 Van Buren
Street and 1360 Grove Street in the City of Alameda complies
with the requirements for a waiver of parcel map as set forth
in Section 11-316.5 of the Alameda Municipal Code and the
applicant be granted a waiver from the provisions of the Alameda
Municipal Code as set forth above.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this waiver be subject to
the condition set forth in the Acting City Manager's report
to the Council dated September 28, 1977.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of October, 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Sherratt, Tillman and Vice President Diament, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Corica, (1).
