NDW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Alameda by
and through its City Council, after the Lmcal Agency Formotion
Commission c Alameda. L,01 has granted its approval, declares
its intention to initiate, on its own motion, without notigo and
hbaring, proceedings to annex to the City. of 1(01 47, following
territory, situ01 ted. in the City oli. Alamebu, County of Alameda,
State of California, particularly described. as follows:
All that portion ..of Lots 9, 24m und 25 of Section 20, and
Lmt 8 of Section 29 of Township 2 South, Rouge 3 West, Mount
Diablo Base and Mmridign, as said lots, sections, hownmhhb, and
• range are delineated and as designated o77 . that certain map
entitled "Map No. 2 of Salt Marsh and Tide Lmhgs Situate in the
County of Alameda, State of California, 1871," and delineated
in the field notes theTbof, all on file in the Office 02 the
Department. of Finance, Division of State Lands, State of Calif-
ornia and being more particularly described. as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the boundary 1 1') common to the
Cities 04 Oakland Und Alumbda as said boundary line was establish-
ed by Resolution No. 35846 of the Oakland City Council, adopted
• December 8, 1909, said boundary line being also the section line
common. to the aforesand Section 20, and Section. 19 of 4 24 , R:314,
said point being the point designated as Mon. 42 mn that certain
map entitled, "Coordinate Mar of the Tide Lands und Control
Points in the Vicinity of Bay Purim Island, Alambda County,"
filed on. April 19, 1956, in Map Book 40, at page 30, Records
of Alameda County, said monument having. the coordinates of
y = 454,625.47 feet, and x. = 1,501,003.60 feet, based on. the
California. Comrdinatb System, Zone III, o,, are all bearings,
distancem, and coordinates in this description, said point
also being the section. corner common to Sections 19, 20, 29,

City of Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of November,
1977, by the following vote, to wit:
