Resolution 08834CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 55 34 WAIVING PARCEL MAP REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1917 AND 1919 STANFORD STREET IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA WHEREAS, Section 11-314.5 of the Alameda Municipal Code requires that division of contiguous property be accompanied by filing of a parcel map unless certain conditions are met: and WHEREAS, Section 316.5 of the Alameda Municipal Code allows for the waiver of the requirements of Section 11-314.5 by the City Council on findings as set forth in Section 11-316.5: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the property located at 1917 and 1919 Stan- ford Street in the City of Alameda complies with the requirements for a waiver of parcel map as set forth in Section 11-316.5 of the Alameda Municipal Code and the applicant be granted a waiver from the provisions of the Alameda Municipal Code as set forth above. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this waiver be subject to the following conditions: (a) Repair the abutting sidewalks to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. (b) Install a 15-gallon street tree in front of 1919 Stanford Street. (c) The owner shall adjust the property lines between 1917 and 1919 Stanford Street so that there is five (5) feet between each building and the property line by deed and a lot adjustment map. (d) The sale of either Property shall include in the respective deeds an easement for access of five (5) feet between the buildings in favor of the other lot. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of December, 1977, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and President Corica, (5).
