APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2332 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MARINER SQUARE DRIVE AND
MARINER SQUARE LOOP, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP
CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (LONG PROPERTIES,
A JOINT VENTURE, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Long Properties, a joint venture, consisting of
John Berry, an individual, Kaiser, Saxton and Stiles, Inc., a
California corporation and Ron Nunn, an individual, subdivider
herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map
for division of property located at the northwest corner of
Mariner Square Drive and Mariner Square Loop, known as Parcel
Map No. 2332;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 2332, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to Subdivider to record same; subject to the conditions set
forth in the Planning Board's report to the Council dated
January 6, 1978.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 (f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 2332 is consistent with the City's General Plan, pursuant
to Section 11 -3112 (h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of March,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament" Sherratt, Tillman
and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
