APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION INOWN AS TRACT 3810,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN; APPROVING BONDS AS TO
SUFFICIENCY, AND ACCEPTING' CERTAIN EASEMENTS, ACCESS
RIGHTS AND PARCELS OF LAND (HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the
Alameda Municipal Code, there has heretofore been filed with and
approved by the Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 3810, being Villages III, IV and the
north and southwest portions of Village I of the Harbor Bay Isle
Development; and
WHEREAS, Harbor
of Doric Development,
Island, Inc., a Nevada
sented to the Council
subdivision known as 'T
Bay Isle Associates, a partnership comprised
nc., a California corporation and Bay Farm
corporation, subdivider herein, has pre -
or approval a Final Map of that proposed
act 3810; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has, entered into an agreement
with the City of Alameda to construct and complete the public
improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk
of the City of Alameda a bond to guarantee full and faithful
performance of said work, all in accordance with said Article; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain easements
designated "Sanitary Sewer Easement ", Storm Drain Easement" and
"Power Easement," and parcels of land known as Bridgeway Road
Mecartney Road, Catalina Avenue and Oyster Pond Road, dedicated to
the public; and Lot 15 in Block 3 and Lot 11 in Block 4 for public
access and public recreation uses and for construction and main-
tenance tenance of recreation facilities, drainage easements for construct -
ing, maintaining and replacing storm drainage facilities within the
lagoons, and rights of access within Blocks 5, 7, 18 and 19 for the
purposes of lagoon and operation of public safety
vehicles and emergency equipment, dedicated to the City of Alameda;
and a 1,00 -foot strip of land designated as Parcel l granted to the
City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIC CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 3810 be, and hereby is
approved.
BE IT FURTI -IER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction
and completion of the public improvements in said subdivision, and
all its terms and conditions,' be and hereby is approved, and the City
Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
and attest to respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City
of Alameda.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements and parcels of
land dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the
public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of
dedication; and said access rights 'dedicated , to the City of Alameda
and said parcel of land granted to the City of Alameda, are hereby
accepted.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in r8guldr meeting assembled on the 6th day of June,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
