ORDERING VACATION OF PORTION OF ELECTRICAL EASEMENT
WITHIN PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP 1613
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
a portion of that certain Electric and Telephone Easement recorded
in Reel 3834, Image 330, Alameda County Records, and as shown
within Parcel 2, Parcel Map 1613, recorded January 10, 1977 in
Book 94 of Parcel Maps at Page 45, Alameda County Records, more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at U.S.C. & G.S. Monument "OTIS- PARK ", having
coordinates of Y =1,494,852.81 feet and
X- 462,631.29 feet based on the California
Coordinate System Zone 3, as are all bearings
and distances in this description:

50443, Government Code of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Alameda hereby finds and declares that (1) the said portion of
easement ordered vacated herein is unnecessary for present- or
prospective public use, and (2) that said portion of said ease -
ment has never been used by the City of Alameda for any purpose
whatever since December 16, 1974, the date of its acceptance by
the City, to the date of this resolution.
