APPROVING PARCEL MAP 2602 FOR DIVISION OF LOT 4,
BLOCK 1 OF TRACT 3713, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN (HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Ass ociates, a partnership comprised
of Doric Development, Inc., a California corporation, and Bay Farm
Island, Inc., a Nevada corporation, subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of
Lot 4, Block 1 of Tract 3713, said property being located easterly
of Baywood Village, southerly of the lagoon, northerly of the
future park site and westerly of Harbor Bay Landing Shopping
Center, known as Parcel Map No 26027
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 2602, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions
listed in the City Engineer's report to the Planning Board dated
November 20, 1978 and the City Planning Board's report to the
Council dated December 7, 1978.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel
Map No 2602 is consistent with the City's General` Plan, and
pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste
from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day Of December,
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
