TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE 'CITY'S GENERAL
PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO
SEWER SYSTEM "WILL -NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER
QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4136, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning, Board, and subject to the
conditions and based upon the findings contained in the City
Planning Board's report to this Council dated May 14, 1979,
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 4136 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system
will not violate regional water quality control regulations.
