Resolution 09193CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9193 APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2607 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY BROADWAY, BLANDING AVENUE AND TILDEN WAY, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, Don L. Koubek and Mary S. Koubek, subdividers herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property located within the block bounded by Broadway, Blanding Avenue and Tilden Way and designated Parcel Map No. 2607; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 2607, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, as set forth in said Board's report to the City Council dated November 13, 1979, is hereby approved and permission given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions set forth in said report. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No 2607 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of December 1979, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica, (5) NOES: None ABSENT: None IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official seal of said City this 5th day of December 1979.
