Resolution 09269CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9269 DETERMINING THE EXISTING FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED BY A. D. LITTLE, INC. AND CERTIFIED BY THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL ON MARCH 5, 1975 AS SUPPLEMENTED BY THE COMBINED LAND USE PLAN AND THE CITY GENERAL PLAN IS ADEQUATE TO COVER REVISED ULTIMATE PROJECT DESCRIPTION OF HARBOR BAY ISLE DEVELOPMENT WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO TRACT 4500 AND AN EDA GRANT PROPOSAL FOR THE BUSINESS PARK INFRASTRUCTURE WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 8593 adopted on October 5, 1976, this Council resolved that a determination that the A. D. Little Report is adequate as to the Harbor Bay Isle ultimate project description would be necessary for each Harbor Bay Isle application as submitted; and. WHEREAS, a Revised Ultimate Project Description for Harbor Bay Isle Development, with special reference to Tract 4500 and an EDA Grant Proposal for a Business Park Infrastructure has been submitted to the Planning Board; and WHEREAS, the Planning Board duly noticed and held public hearings thereon, and on March 20, 1980, by its Resolution No 1055, determined that pursuant to Section 15067 of the Guidelines for the implementation of CEQA, no additional EIR need be pre- pared for the proposed project for Tract 4500, since the existing certified Final Environmental Impact Report prepared by A. D. Little, Inc., as supplemented by CLUP and City General Plan, is adequate to cover the revised ultimate project description of the Harbor Bay Isle development, with special reference to Tract 4500 and the EDA grant proposal for business park infrastructure; and WHEREAS, the City Council on April 1, 1980, held a hearing in the matter of the environmental determination for the 'revised ultimate project description for Harbor Bay Isle with special reference to Tract 4500 and an EDA Grant Proposal for the Business Park Intrastructure, heard testimony and took other evidence thereon, following which said Council considered the matter and was fully advised in the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said. Council hereby adopts the Findings contained in the Planning Board's Resolution No. 1055, adopted March 20, 1980, and determines that the existing Final Environmental Impact Report prepared by A. D. Little, Inc., and certified by the Council on March 5, 1975, as supplemented by the Combined Land Use Plan and the City General Plan is adequate to cover the re- vised ultimate Project description of the Harbor Bay Isle development, with special reference to Tract 4500 and the EDA grant proposal for business park infrastructure. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, and Tillman - 3 NOES: Councilmen Diament, and President Corica - 2 ABSENT: None.
