Resolution 09270CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9270 ORDERING VACATION OF UNUSED ELECTRICAL EASEMENT IN PARCEL 1 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 2996 (PARROT VILLAGE) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the certain Electrical Easement within Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No 2996, recorded in the County Recorder's Office 00 September 11, 1979 in Book 113 of Parcel Maps at pages 1 and 2, and de- scribed as: All that real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows Portions of Parcel 1, Parcel Map No. 2996, as said Parcel Map was recorded September 11, 1979 in Book 113 of Parcel Maps at pages 1 and 2; in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, and further described as follows: A 15' Electrical Easement as shown on said Parcel Map, being 7.50 feet on each side of the following described center lines: PARCEL A BEGINNING at a point on the western line of said Parcel 1, distant thereon South 3° 05' 10" West, 60.45 feet from the northwestern corner of said Parcel 1; thence North 87° 44' East, 4.01 feet; thence South 85° 44' 27" East, 456.85 feet to its terminus. PARCEL B BEGINNING at a point on the northern, line of said Parcel 1 distant thereon South 85° 44'27 " East, 416.22 feet from the northwestern corner of said Parcel 1; thence South 5° 49' 30" West, 219.975 feet to its terminus on the southern line of said Parcel 1., is hereby ordered vacated pursuant to the provisions of Section 50443, Government Code of California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda hereby finds and declares that (1) the said easement ordered vacated herein is unnecessary for present or prospective public use and (2) that said easement has never been used by the City of Alameda for any purpose whatever since the date of its acquiEition to the date of this resolution* BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this order, attested under seal, to be recorded in the County Recorder's Office. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and President Corica - 5.
