APPOINTING BRIAN R. McDONALD A MEMBER OF THE
SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of
the City of Alameda and Section 2-353 of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, BRIAN R. McDONALD is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Social Service
Human Relations Board of the City of Alameda for a term
commencing on July 1, 1980 and expiring on June 30, 1984, and
to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
