APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
4513 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMINTS
(A PORTION OF TRACT 3810, VILLAGE IV)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a. Tentative Map of that certain proposed sub-
division known as Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a partnership comprised
of Doric Development, Inc., a California. corporation, and Bay Farm
Island, Inc., a Nevada corporation, owner herein, has presented to
the Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed subdivision
known as Tract 4513, which is a subdivision of Lot I Block 4, and
Blocks 12, 13 and 14, Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain non-
exclusive easements designated "Public Utilities Easement" (P.U.E.)
and "Storm Drain Easement" (( .D.E.), and parcels of land known as
Kofman Parkway, Dublin Way, Limerick Lane and Kofman Court, dedicated
to the public;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4513 be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said casements and parcels of land
dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, Oil behalf of the public,
for use in conformity with the terms of the offers" of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of said City this 7th day of January, 1981.
