APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 0544
AND ACCEPTINC CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND PARCELS
OF LAND (A PORTION OF TRACT 3810, VILLAGE IV)
WHEREAS, Lhere has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tcnlatiye Mao of that certain proposed sub-
Civisicn 'known as Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, Harbor By Isle Associates, a partnership comprised
of Doric Development, Inc., a California corporation, and Pay Farm
Island, Inc. , a Nevada corporation, owner herein, has present:ell to
the Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed sibdivision
known as Tract 4044, which is a subejvision of LoLs an 3. Block
t, Traci 3810; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain non-
exclusive easements designated "Public UlitiLics Easement" (P.U.E.),
and parecL3 of land known as Sea View Parkway, Korman Parkway,
Oldcastie Lane, Tipperary Lane and Tipperary Court, dedicated mo
the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract I1544 be, and hereby is, approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements and parcels of land
dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public,
for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
