AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
SUBDIVISION TRACT 4122 AND APPROVING BONDS AS TO
SUFFICIENCY (HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of
the Alameda Municipal Code, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a partner-
ship comprised of Doric Development, Inc., a California corporation,
and Bay Farm Island, Inc,, a Nevada corporation, owner and sub-
divider herein, has prepared and presented to this Council the
Final Map of the subdivision, known as Tract 4122; and
WHEREAS, subdivider has entered into an agreement
to construct and complete the improvements in said subdivision,
has filed the Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and
has posted its bonds guaranteeing full and faithful performance
of said work, all in accordance with said Article, and

NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for construction and completion of
the public improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms
and conditions be, and hereby is approved, and the City Manager
and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and
attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City of
Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bonds in the sums of
$801,000, guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the
subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, are
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
