APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3430 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
LOCATED BETWEEN WEBSTER STREET AND SOUTHERN PACIFIC.
COMPANY PROPERTY, NORTH OF BUENA VISTA AVENUE
(COMMONLY KNOWN AS EAGLE VILLAGE), PERMITTING - RECORDING
THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH
CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (DOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA)
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, a
Public Body Corporate, subdivider herein, has presented to the
Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property
located between Webster Street and Southern Pacific Company
property, north of Buena Vista Avenue (commonly known as Eagle
Village ), in the City of Alameda, and designated as Parcel Map
No 3430;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3430, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions and
based upon the findings in the Planning Board's report to the
Council dated March 13, 1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
o the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 3430 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and
pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste
from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of March, ]98l,`
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: N0ne,
ABSENT: None.
