APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4772, A SUBDIVISION
OF PROPERTY AT HOLLY STREET AND BRITHORN LANG ON BAY
FARM ISLAND, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH
THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND 'DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE
OF WAS'T'E INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL
WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS (SAINT ALBERT'S
CATHOLIC CHURCH, OWNER)
WHEREAS, Saint Alberts Catholic Church, owner herein, and
Bruce. Corporation, subdivider, have presented to the Council for
approval a Tentative Map for Tract 4772, a subdivision of Lot 165,
Tract 3422, said property being located at Holly Street and
I3rithorn Lane on Bay Farm Island, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 7, 1981 held a public
hearing on said Tentative Map,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda Munici-
pal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4772, heretofore accepted
and approved by the Planning Board on February 23, 1981, and
based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained
in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No 1132, is hereby
approved
BE I2 FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 4772 is consistent with the City's
General Plan; and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste -from the subdivision into the sewer system
will not violate regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled
on the 7th of April, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
