Resolution 09530CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 953° APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 4772 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF ACCESS (HOLLY STREET AND BRITHORN LANE, WESTERN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, OWNER) WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain pro- posed subdivision known as Tract 4772; and WHEREAS, Western Title Insurance Company, a corporation, and Bruco Corporation, owner and subdivider herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed sub- division known as Tract 4772, which is a subdivision of Lot 165, of Tract 3422 and WHEREAS said Final Map delineates thereon certain non- exclusive easements designated "Public Utility Easement" dedicated to the public, and certain rights of access over easement "A" for operation of public safety vehicles and emergency equipment, dedicated to the City of Alameda; NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4772 be, and hereby is approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to the public are hereby accepted,on behalf of the public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication, and said access rights dedicated to the City of Alameda are hereby --.. accepted on behalf of the City. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of May, 1981, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica 5.
