AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
SUBDIVISION TRACT 4772 AND APPROVING BONDS AS TO
SUFFICIENCY (HOLLY STREET AND BRITHORN LANE,
WESTERN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY; OWNER)

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI
of the Alameda .Municipal Code, Western Title Insurance Company,
owner herein, and Bruco Corporation, subdivider, have prepared
and presented to this Council the Final Map of the subdivision
known as Tract 4772; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has entered into an agreement
to construct and complete the improvements in said subdivision,
has filed the Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and
has posted its bonds guaranteeing full and faithful performance
of said work, all in accordance with said Article; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the
City to have said work performed 'in accordance with said
agreement.
NOW, "THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for construction and completion
of the public improvements in said subdivision, and all its
terms and conditions be and hereby is approved, and the City
Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute and attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf
of the City; of Alameda,

$122,,576.00, guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the
subdivider's said public improvements construction contrac

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of May, 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
