Resolution 09532CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9532 APPROVING PARCEL MAP 3352 FOR SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2, PARCEL MAP 2574 FOR TWO CONDOMINIUM UNITS AT 2163 CENTRAL AVENUE, PERMITTING RECORDING_ THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (SUBDIVIDER/OWNER, JOHN BARNI, JR./ JERRY SCHWABENLAND) WHEREAS, John Barni, Jr. and Jerry Schwabenland, sub- divider and owner herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for the division of Lot 2, Parcel Map 2574 for two condominium units at 2163 Central Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11.319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map 3352, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions and based upon the findings in Planning Board Resolution No. 1113 passed on November 24, 1980.
