DENYING APPLICATION OF FRANK B. LUFKIN FOR LEAVE
TO PRESENT LATE CLAIM' FOR DAMAGES AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED By TI3E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the application of Frank B. Lufkin for leave to present a late
claim for money damages against the City should be denied,
pursuant to Section 911.6, Government Code of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said denial shall
be given to said proposed claimant by the City Clerk by mailing
a certified copy of this resolution to
