Resolution 09545CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9545 APPROVING_ FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 4548 AND APPROVING CASH DEPOSIT AS m0 SUFFICIENCY (CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION - 325 KITTY HAWK ROAD - RONALD H. COWAN, OWNER; V. M. RAFANELLI AND ASSOCIATES SUBDIVIDER) WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with -and approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed' condo- min m subdivision known as Tract, 4548; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Tit XI of the Alameda Municipal Code, V. M. Rafanelli and Associates, -Inc., a California corporation, subdivider herein, has presented to this Council a Final Map of the said condominium'subdivision known as Tract 4548; and WHEREAS, subdivider desires to post a cash deposit in sufficient amount to cover the cost of repair of a broken curb and providing mylar copies of the recorded Final Map; NOW THEREFORE; BE If RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4548 be, and hereby is approved BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a cash deposit in the sum of $100, guaranteeing repair of ;a broken curb and he cast of a mylar y of the recorded map, is hereby approved as sufficient in amount. 1, the undersigned, hereby (krLifv that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of 8l3nxed3 in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd Of by the following vote to wii: AYES: Councilmen Diameot, Gorman, Shcrrutt` Stone, and President Corico - 5.
