APPROVING_ FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN
AS TRACT 4548 AND APPROVING CASH DEPOSIT AS m0
SUFFICIENCY (CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION - 325 KITTY HAWK
ROAD - RONALD H. COWAN, OWNER; V. M. RAFANELLI AND
ASSOCIATES SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with -and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed' condo-
min m subdivision known as Tract, 4548; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Tit XI of the
Alameda Municipal Code, V. M. Rafanelli and Associates, -Inc., a
California corporation, subdivider herein, has presented to this
Council a Final Map of the said condominium'subdivision known as
Tract 4548; and
WHEREAS, subdivider desires to post a cash deposit in
sufficient amount to cover the cost of repair of a broken curb and
providing mylar copies of the recorded Final Map;
NOW THEREFORE; BE If RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4548 be, and hereby is
approved
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a cash deposit in the sum of
$100, guaranteeing repair of ;a broken curb and he cast of a mylar
y of the recorded map, is hereby approved as sufficient in
amount.
