WHEREAS, Leland V. Thompson and Shirley M. Thompson, owners
herein, through john Barni, subdivider, have presented to the
Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property at
Santa Clara Avenue and Eight.h'Street for condominium purposes and
designated Parcel Map No 3302; and
WHEREAS, Subdividers desire to post a cash deposit in
sufficient amount to cover the cost of a mylar copy of the recorded
map;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 3302, heretofore accepted and approved
by the Planning Board, as set forth in said Board's report to
the City Council dated May 27, s hereby approved and
permission given to Subdivider to record same;
BE TI" FURTHER RESOLVED that a cash deposit in the :sum of
$50, guaranteeing the cost of a mylar copy of the recorded map;
is hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 3302 is consistent with the City "s General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regul.at
