WHEREAS, John Barni,

WHEREAS, the City Council, on Tune 2, 1981, held a public
hearing on said Tentative Map,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda Muni-
cipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4796, heretofore accepted
and approved by the Planning Board on April 27, 1981, and based
upon the finings ' and subject to the conditions contained in
City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1152, is hereby
awed:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 4796 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system
will not violate regional water quality control regulations.
