CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 9559
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO 3399 FOR DIVISION OF
PROPERTY AT 2203 AND 2227 MARINER SQUARE LOOP,
PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL
MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (MARINER
DEVELOPMENT CO. OWNER)
REAS, Mariner Development Co., own 7ioreiri; has pre -
d to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for the division
operty located at the northwest corner of Tinker Avenue
ariner Square Loop, 2203 and 2227 Mariner Square Loop;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 3399, heretofore accepted and approved
by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given
to Subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions and
based upon the findings in Planning Board Resolution No 113 0
passed on February 9, 1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Niap
3399 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system wi7.1 not violate regional
Water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 16th day of June, 1981
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone, and Vice Mayor Sherratt - 4
NOES: None,
ABSENT: President Corica - 1
