Resolution 09619CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9619 APPROVING PARCEL; MAP NO. 3597 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT 18 GARDEN ROAD, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (MARVIN J. AND PAULA V. SHIELDS, OWNERS; RUSSELL HUBER, SUBDIVIDER) WHEREAS, Marvin J. Shields and Paula V. Shields, owners and Russell Huber, subdivider herein, have presented to the Council, for approval a Parcel Map for subdivision of property at 18 Garden Road and known as Parcel Map No. 3597; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AI,AMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319x1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map 3597, heretofore accepted and con - d:itionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions listed in the City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No, 1184 adopted` on August 24, 1981. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- •3112(£) he Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No. 3597 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant o 5Cction 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional Ovate quality control regulations. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of October, 1981, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
