APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3605 FOR DIVISION OF THE
PROPERTY AT 888 WILLOW STREET FOR CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES,
PERMITTING THE RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID
PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITII THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN
(LOUIS STAYER, OWNER)
WHEREAS, Louis Stayer, owner herein, has presented to the
Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property located
at 888 Willow Street ,to create two condominium units;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 3605, heretofore accepted' and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission Given to owner to record same,' subject to the conditions and based
upon the finding's in Planning Board Resolution No 1198, passed
on October 26, 1981,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 3605 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional .
water quality control regulations,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of February, 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
