APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3730 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 1914 -16 STANFORD STREET, PERMITTING THE RECORDING
TIHEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH
THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (LISTO PENCIL CORPORATION -
OWNER)
WHEREAS, Listo Pencil Corporation, a California corporation,
owner herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel
Map for division of property located at 1914 -1916 Stanford Street
in the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3730, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to owner to record same, subject to the condition and based
upon the findings in Planning Board Resolution No. 1225, passed
on February 8, 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council
No 3730 is consistent with the City's General

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
