RESOLUTION NO, 9737
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PAYING AGENT
(BANK OF AMERICA)
HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 81-1
RESOLVED, by Lme City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Iry ,ntion No. 9673 adopted oy this
Council on January 19, 1982, this Council has undertaken special assessment
proceedings designated Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District 81-1;
WHEREAS, under said proceedings this Council intends to autkoriz2 the
issuance of special assessment bonds pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of
1915" Division 10 of the California Streets and Highways Code;
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience will oe served by
appointing and employing a Paying Agent for purposes of paying principal and
interest on said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. Bank of An rica National Trust and Savings Associution, at its
corpora te agency division, San Francisco, California, appointed and
employ as Paying Agent witn respect to the assessment bonds to issued in
these proceedings.
2. J. Bruce Rupp the City Manager
of this City is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of tnis City a
form of agreement to employ said Paying Agent with respect to said proceedings.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6thday of April
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
