APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3491 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 1616 PARU STREET TO CREATE THREE CONDOMINIUM UNITS,
PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL
MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN
(EMMET D. STEED - SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Emmet D. Steed, owner and subdivider herein,
has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division
of property located at 1616 Paru Street in the City of Alameda
to create three condominium units;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3491, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to owner to record same, subject to the conditions and
based upon the finding in Planning Board Resolution No 1231,
passed March 22, 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel
Map No. 3491 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and
pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of
waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of June, 1932,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dianient, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
