APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN
AS TRACT 4796 AND APPROVING CASH DEPOSIT AS TO
SUFFICIENCY (CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION - 1433-1437 MORTON
STREET - JOHN BARNI, JR., SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed condominium
subdivision known as Tract 4796; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of
the Alameda Municipal Code, John Barni, Jr., subdivider herein,
has presented to this Council a Final Map of said Condominium
subdivision known as Tract 4796 and located at 1433-1437 Morton
Street; and
WHEREAS, subdivider desires to post a cash deposit in suf-
ficient amount to cover the cost of installing street trees,
improving drainage within the tract and providing mylar copies of
the recorded Final Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4796 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a cash deposit in the sum of
$700, guaranteeing installation of street trees, drainage improve-
LL . ments within the tract and costs of a mylar copy of the recorded
pp map, is hereby approved as sufficient in amount.

T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd of August, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
